President's Welcome

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Catherine James and I am honored to serve as the President of the Kappa Gamma Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. From the moment I started the recruitment process, I knew Alpha Xi Delta was special. This chapter and all of the amazing women within it have changed my life and helped me realize my full potential as a strong, independent woman. 

 Coming from Idaho, I never expected to find my home at a sorority 2,950 miles from my hometown. From living in the house to volunteering with sisters, this chapter has given me my closest friends and memories I will cherish forever. I would not be President today if it were not for the life lessons and confidence that Alpha Xi Delta instilled within me. 

It is my sincerest wish that each young woman is able to find a community like I have through Alpha Xi Delta. I hope this website gives you a glimpse into who we are, our sisterhood, and our philanthropic efforts!
